How Do I Talk to My Tribe? {About the Tribe Council}

by Nicole Cook

talking to tribematesWhen you first sign onto Triberr it can be difficult to maneuver your way around. We are working on making that easier but in the meantime, hopefully this site will help.

With that said, I saw an increase recently in people asking how to communicate with their tribemates or being confused and thinking the bonfires area was a way to talk to them. This is not the case. Everyone on the site can attend to the bonfires and create new ones, talk to each other, etc.

Inside the tribe, you have a tribe council. This is where the talking between tribemates takes place. This is a private place where only tribe members can read what is written. Here’s how to access it.

Step 1: On the blue navigation bar, click on Tribes and a drop down box will appear with your tribes (and the ability to create new ones).

Step 2. Click on the tribe you want to access.

Guess what? That’s it. Now you’re in your tribe council for that particular tribe – you can see tribe members, a wall to talk on and you can access your individual tribe settings here too.

Enjoy conversing with your tribemates and getting to know them better.

I’ve tried to leave messages at the council of my own tribe and other tribes that I’m a member of, but I can’t type in the box at the top of the page next to my profile picture (I can’t click in it or type in it). Do you know why this is?

This could be the browser you are using. Triberr is best supported by Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome. It does not play nicely with Internet Explorer. I hope that helps. Is the problem still occurring?
